Bullets are placed into the die above the press frame. The sliding sleeve holds the bullet in alignment as cartridge case neck enters the bottom of the sleeve and comes up around the bullet.
A quantity of one includes a die body with micrometer top, a locking ring, and guide sleeve and bullet seating punch for one bullet diameter. Accessories include additional guide sleeve and bullet seating punches for other bullet diameters, a ram extension for loading relatively short cartridges with relatively long bullets or long seating depths, and powder compression stems. |

![]() | The Ram Extension is an accessory for the Easy Seater die that is used
when reloading cartridges that are too short to come up above the top
of the press frame. The Ram Extension works just like an extended
shell holder. A central set screw locks your standard shell
holder into the top of the ram extension and then the ram extension
slips into the top of our press ram raising your shell holder op 3/4 of
an inch and getting you back into the adjustment range of your Easy
Seater die

Bullets over about 1.3 inches long work better with a 0.3 inch shorter than standard bullet seating stem. If the standard stem is used with longer bullets, the micrometer may be close to the top of the scale or in some cases, off the top of the scale. Conversly, the short stem used to seat bullets under an inch can result in excessive spring pressure and with really short bullets the spring may bottom preventing full seating. |

![]() | The powder compression Stem replaces the bullet seating punch in your easy seater die so that you can use the Easy Seater's micrometer top to accurately adjust the amount of powder compression and record the setting so you can return to it at any time. |
